Great Royaldevon 2019-06-25 6:30

Hello Ike,

Who could visit Florence and not make a picture of the bridges.
Of course, the Ponte Vecchio is the most famous, but you have chosen a fine viewpoint to include four further bridges and also, give us a good image to anchor the f/g.
This photograph gives everyone an understanding of the beauty and character of Florence.

My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Default To Royaldevon: The Firenze view

Hi Beverley,
There is a side story to this picture. According to the tour plan we were about to be on that spot during morning hours, as first stop to see the whole town.
Mornings are best time with good light from the east, behind us - but we came to the place at 17:00 hour approax., and harsh light condition from the west prevailed.
I was just mad at the guide, who never understood why I can't enjoy the sight as it was...
Good evening,
Ike

Default Photography conditions

Ha! Ha! Ike, the guide was obviously not a photographer! I suppose that's a reason for going on your own explorative tour.

Kind regards, Bev
