Terrain alternative in map view?

Could it be possible to add the "Terrain" variant to the map types so that there would be
the following alternatives "Map", "Satellite","Hybrid" and "Terrain". It should not be difficult, because I have used it in my own Google map applications. Just to add the following line
map.addMapType(G_PHYSICAL_MAP);
before the line
map.addControl(new GMapTypeControl());
in the Javascript part of the map window code.

Sorry, I forgot to tell the reason for my wish. It is the height contours, which the "Terrain" map type gives. Alternating between the "Satellite" and "Terrain view one can have a better picture of the shooting place and its surroundings. "Satellite" for details
and "Terrain" for height differences and for information on the absolute height above sea level. I think "Terrain" view would be a great addition, yet simple to implement as to my knowledge.

Hi Ken,
Go to <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl" target=_blank>http://maps.google.com</a>.
On the upper edge of the map you have these menus (may change in some areas):
Traffic | More | Map | Satellite | Terrain
If we choose 'Terrain' and zoom in, for some areas you can see a topographic map, with representation of relief and using contour lines, shades, etc. Especially for mountainous areas it gives a nice idea of the terrain.
See, for example, this view of the <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie=UTF8&ll=36.423734,-116.840115&spn=0.017439,0.027423&t=p&z=15" target=_blank>Golden Canyon Rd</a> in Death Valley NP.
The TE Map View could have those different options of map, so that we could choose the best for each case, or simply our preferred one.
